The Liquor Authority approved the implementation of a Certification Program. This program allows attorneys that we work with filing retail applications on behalf of applicants to certify that statements and documents provided in an application are true and accurate. The Attorney must certify that the application meets all statutory requirements. The program will allow for a more timely review of applications as the Liquor Authority will rely on the information certified by the Attorney. This program eliminates the need for the Authority to review each document submitted. The Attorney will be required to visit your premises to verify the accuracy of the application.
